AWOMOSU Omotayo, B.Sc., M.U.R.P., M.Sc., FNITP, RTP


Omotayo Awomosu is the Chief Executive Officer. He is a Registered Town Planner and a Fellow of the Nigerian Institute of Town Planners. He is also a member of the Geospatial Society of Nigeria. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Geography from the University of Benin and Master's Degrees in Urban and Regional Planning and Geographic Information Systems, both from the University of Ibadan. He has worked and consulted extensively in Urban and Regional Planning and the application of Geographic Information Systems across different sectors.

He has led teams that prepared Urban Plans, including Master Plans, Regeneration Plans, and Action Plans. He has prepared Master Plans for many private and public universities in Nigeria, including Police Academy Wudil, North-West University Kano, the proposed Davandy University, Calabar, and the proposed Faith University, Otor-Iyede, Delta State. He has also supervised many GIS implementation projects.

He served as General Secretary of the Lagos State Chapter of the Nigerian Institute of Town Planners between 2012 and 2014. He was Chairman of the Association of Town Planning Consultants of Nigeria (ATOPCON), Lagos State Branch, from 2016 to 2018. He was the past Chairman of the Nigerian Institute of Town Planners, Lagos State Chapter, and is currently serving as an executive of the Association of Town Planning Consultants of Nigeria (ATOPCON ) - National.
